Project Benefits Management

About this course:    
This course covers the entire benefits management lifecycle from initial identification to final measurement and review. Too many projects proceed without a clear picture of the benefits they are supposed to accrue, many even complete with no plan to monitor the difference the outputs of the project make. It is important to differentiate here, this course focuses on benefits and not outputs. Often this falls into the domain of program management but it is vital for project managers to understand the essentials.
